Whenever you think you are "done," you are usually wrong. The final editing, formatting, and publishing of a written work is just as important as the creation of that work. The difference is that it is common to have "another set of eyes" proofread and edit a work; whereas, it is uncommon (and unethical) to have another set of brains write your literary masterpiece.
For the most part, I am impressed with your epic poems and proud of the efforts you put into creating these stories. I hope that in some way shape or fashion this has been a rewarding experience.
As long as you are continuing to work on your story--and you are actively posting new scenes--I will continue to give one week extensions, but as in all of life there needs to be a deadline of sorts. If you need and/or want extensions it is up to you to ask and show me your progress.
When you are ready to "abandon" your work, I want you to post it to your portfolio. (If multiple people created, you still need to post it to each of your portfolios) Be sure to make it look good on the page. If it is a really long story, you may want to use a main page with several sub-pages. Be sure to include a metacognition reflection as a separate page (at least four paragraphs long or a four minute video or podcast) that tells your story of and explores your thoughts about creating the epic poem.
